Week 4 Thing 9

I found a very useful website for me to learn how to use blogs and newfeeds in my math classroom. The site is: www.http://futureofmath.misterteacher.com . This site had lots of good information, as well as examples of how to use blogs in a math class. It was very neat. One teacher put a probablity project on the blog. The students did the project as a group and then had to answer questions using comments to the blog. Each student had their own label, so the teacher knew when each person had completed the assignment. I am so glad to see the different ways that technology can be used in school.

I found the math website interesting. I liked the symmetry website, and it could apply to any grade level. Please go back and leave the www. off the URL posted. When you add a website at times the site will automatically put the http://www in for you. I think that happen in your case.

Carry on with Week 5. You will love the Web 2.0 awards list.
